During the 1990s I bought several investment properties in fast succession, fixing and flipping each as I went. Eventually I was approached by one of the many Real Estate agents I was dealing with at the time who offered me a formal position as a Real Estate Sales agent. I enjoyed this position over 5 years where I continued educating myself on many of the different investment strategies.
By 2011, during the fallout from the GFC, I identified new opportunities in Phoenix Arizona USA, where I continued to fix and flip properties.
To date my love of property continues to grow.
In my early real estate sales experience, I clearly remember the varied struggles and frustrations many buyers wrestled with, basically from their inexperience, unease in property purchasing and distrust in sales agents. This early observation led me directly to my passion of being a Buyer’s Agent. In this capacity, at Roland Buyers Agency, buyers get a professional working directly for them, helping them buy strategically, avoiding costly mistakes and building their property portfolio the right way.
